Experiment number 3 in the beer gin journey for Castle Rock.
During the CV-19 lockdown, we like many others found ourselves with surplus beer in the cold store. As part of our continuing drive to reduce waste, we decided on a little experiment to convert some of this beer into gin, and we’re happy with the results of our first batch. Our venture into gin has been a new, exciting adventure for us and we invite you to try the fruits of our labour. Look out for future iterations as we strive to develop our knowledge and expertise with each batch.
Full-Bodied. Blackberries, herbal notes and a hint of orange
